Célula 4.0 para Formación en el CFP de Manresa

The Centre de Formació Pràctica (CFP) in Manresa, in its commitment to preparing students for the challenges of Industry 4.0 , has transformed a traditional milling machine into a Cell 4.0 with the help of Maccion. This solution allows students to learn in a practical way about digitalized production systems , maintenance management and efficiency control.

Maccion has integrated its SMAC100K sensor technology and MaccionOEE® and BiDoc® solutions to digitalise the machine and the work environment. This enables trainees to learn how to monitor production in real time, manage maintenance and control energy efficiency. This cell will also be used as a demonstration point in training courses on production management linked to Industry 4.0.
